For all orders placed through our online shop onemore-fit.at, the following Terms and Conditions apply.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order, together with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission via an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
Credit card payment: The contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
Direct debit: The contract is concluded at the time the bank account is debited.
PayPal: The contract is concluded at the time the payment instruction is confirmed.
Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung): The contract is concluded at the time the payment instruction is confirmed.
A requirement for a valid conclusion of the contract is always that the ordering process is completed by submitting the order.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be charged. The exact shipping costs can be found in the respective offers. Unless otherwise stated, all products are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery time for shipping to Austria and Germany is approximately 3–5 working days.
Payment
Payment can be made by prepayment (advance payment), credit card, PayPal, or Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer).
Advance payment: Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
Credit card: Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.
Sofortüberweisung: The transfer is credited immediately.
Self-Collection
The goods can be collected in person in Vienna and Linz after prior telephone appointment.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Liability for Defects and Return Shipping Costs
If the goods are defective, the statutory regulations on liability for defects apply. In such a case, the customer has the right to return the goods. If the goods are, for example, moldy or expired, we will bear the costs of return shipping.
We ask our customers to report obvious transport damage directly upon delivery and to inform us accordingly. However, this does not affect statutory warranty claims.
The costs for returning defective goods will be covered by us. The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges or returns for other reasons.
Electronic Communication
You agree that contract-related communication may take place in electronic form.
